What happens in the mall when your rice gets over cooked

I keep on telling people that Malaysia is a special place in Asia and that is works under it’s own logic and rules, but people do not understand why is it so special. 

So, here is a proof of it. 

A small fire occured in the food court of one of the malls in Kuala Lumpur. The news in the paper and facebook is “ a small fire in the mall today, from one of the food stalls. The fire was stopped and the mall is open as normal." 

Please see the small fire. How can you say this is a small fire…HOW?

Malaysia…. truly Asia they say, but I say  this: "Malaysia, crazy Asia”
